Please download, print, complete and return to Scuba Training and Technology Inc. / Tech Diving Limited before your planned excursion on the B-29 Dive Site. All the instructions are included in the package. Failure to return the paperwork to us will forfeit your dive spot with No Refund. Do not make any alterations to these forms.
